Returns Policy

We want you to love your For Love And Golf purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at Flag@forloveandgolf.co.uk with:

Your name
Your order number
The item you wish to return
The reason for return

We will reply with the correct return address. Please do not send an item back before contacting us, as this may delay your return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be returned. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at Flag@forloveandgolf.co.uk

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
